Stainless steel gold capped Omega Seamaster De Ville with date. This is a very handsome and classic Omega watch that has the appearance of an all gold example, but not having to pay the gold price! These are not simply plated, but when looking at the reverse of the watch, one can see a gold shall that is fitted to the top of the case. This is much better than plating as it will not wear, and if scratched, will not expose the steel below.

The watch has a classic Omega dial from the time applied gold stick markers and gold frame around the date window. The dial and hand set are luminous, and the dial is a T Swiss T signed dial, for having the use of Tritium. The classic Seamaster straight lug case is unpolished and in superb fully original condition, with the stainless steel seahorse logo on the back. The watch is powered by the stalwart Omega automatic caliber 562 movement. Overall, a superb looking, easy to wear, easy to dress up and down vintage classic in superb condition. If you are looking for a classic elegant and timeless vintage watch, it is really hard to top these.
