Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to J.Press. If your order does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a credit or exchange according to the following criteria:
- Returns of items in the original condition (not worn, washed, altered or damaged) will be honored within 30 days of the receipt date of online orders. Returns of items from store purchase must be presented not more than 14 days after the date of the sales receipt.
- Full-priced items and items discounted at 25% or less from original price are refundable. Items discounted at more than 25% purchased online or by phone are not refundable and will only be considered for a size/color exchange or online store credit . Items discounted at more than 25% purchased in stores are not returnable (no refunds, no exchanges, no store credit, FINAL SALE).
- For online store credit, J.Press issues Online Gift Cards with unique codes via email. To redeem your store credit, enter the unique code at checkout. J.Press Online Gift Cards have no expiration. (* J.Press Online Gift Cards can only be used on the website. Not valid in stores.)
- Returns must be accompanied by the sales receipt with all original tags attached. Items must be in original condition and in original packaging.
- Shipping Charges are not refundable.
- All Formal Wear items are not refundable. This includes but is not limited to: Tuxedo Suits, Tuxedo Shirts, Bowties, Cummerbunds, Cufflinks, or any formal wear jewelry.
- Opened packages of Undergarment and Hosiery are not returnable.
- Items altered are not returnable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipments.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Refunds for purchase by check must include receipt, and will be made by check.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Price adjustments will be made within 7 days of original purchase date with original receipt. Only items purchased at full price are subject to a price adjustment.
- If you have not received your order within 14 days from the shipment date, please contact us immediately. J.Press will not responsible for clams made after 30 days from the shipment date.
- For customers involved in the costume or production industry, please contact us directly for assistance with ordering. Otherwise a restocking fee may be applied to accepted return.
- J.Press Stores are unable to take or/and process Online Orders return for refunds or/and exchanges. Please send all Online Orders return to J.Press Online Orders Department with a Return Authorization Number.
To return an item from online orders, please make your return request through https://returns.aftership.com/shopjpress. You will receive a Return ID Number (RMA#) from J.Press. Once your return request has been approved, you will be notified via email. Please do not send items back to J.Press without obtaining the Approval from J.Press.
* If you believe that you have received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately within 14 days of the receipt date before you start the return process, so we can help you.
If you would like to exchange an item for another Size or Color, please contact us before returning your items to J.Press to ensure that the item is available.
To exchange an item from online orders, please make your exchange request through https://returns.aftership.com/shopjpress. Please indicate what size and/or color you would like to exchange for in the Notes box. You will receive a Return ID Number (RMA#) from J.Press. Once your exchange request has been approved, you will be notified via email. Please do not send items back to J.Press without obtaining the Approval from J.Press. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will contact you.
* J.Press will not charge additional shipping fee for Size and/or Color exchanges shipped to the US by Ground.
* International orders may be charged additional shipping fee for exchange items, and customs duty or tax may be billed by the carrier at delivery.
* If your shipping and billing addresses are different and you have a Gift Receipt, please contact Customer Service.
- J. Press reserves the right to hold any order for a security review.
- J. Press reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time (including after your order has been submitted). We work hard to ensure the accuracy of infomation on pricing, descriptions or availability on the Website, however, despite our best efforts, errors may occur. If there is incorrect information on your order, you will be notified by email.
