Due to the temporary closure of our NYC office, you may experience a delay in the processing of your returns or exchanges. As we are unable to be in the office, we can only receive packages that were shipped via USPS. Thank you for your understanding.
- Make your return request through https://jpressonline.myreturnscenter.com/. You will receive a Return ID Number (RMA#) from J. Press. Once your return request has been approved, you will be notified via email.
- Products must be in the original condition you received them and in their original packaging. All price tags must be attached.
- Pack the return items, along with the original receipt or copy of the receipt, and a note indicating your RMA#. You can use your original shipping box or any plain box. Please be sure to peel off any previous mailing labels on the box, or completely cover it with the new label.
- Please ship by courier of your choice and pay the return postage when sending the return item(s). Customers are responsible for shipping the return items. J. Press will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage incurred on return shipments.
Exchanges or Store Credit
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, note that we cannot reserve or hold an item for exchange. If the item is not available when we receive the item, you will be issued a store credit or refund.

- Please indicate what size and/or color you would like to exchange in the Notes box.
- You will receive a Return ID Number (RMA#) from J. Press. Once your exchange request has been approved, you will be notified via email. Please do not send items back without obtaining the Approval from J. Press. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will contact you.
- Follow the Return procedure 2 through 4.

J. Press will update you via email when your return has been processed. J. Press will not charge an additional shipping fee for size and/or color exchanges shipped within the US by Ground shipping. International orders may be charged additional shipping fees for exchanged items, and custom duties or taxes may be billed by the carrier at delivery.

*If you believe that you have received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately within 14 days of the receipt date before you start the return process, so we can assist you.
- Final Sale items: Items discounted at more than 25%, including warehouse sale items, whether purchased online or by phone are not refundable and will only be considered for a size/color exchange or a store credit.
- Bundles & promotions may have different return policies, please check each promotion separately.
- Merchandise that has been altered in any way will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date of your order.
- Please note: Shipping fees along with international duties & taxes are not refundable.
