HOLIDAY SHIPPING & RETURNS

HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFF:

  • Ground Shipping orders must be shipped by December 13th to arrive by December 25.

  • Expedited Shipping orders must be shipped by December 20th to arrive by December 25.

HOLIDAY RETURN

  • Starting Black Friday (11/29), your order may be eligible for return or exchange up until January 31st.

Domestic Shipping Information

HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFF:

  • Ground Shipping orders must be shipped by December 13th to arrive by Christmas.

  • Expedited Shipping orders must be shipped by December 20th to arrive by Christmas.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

  • 1-7 business days for ready-to-ship items.

  • Made-to-Measure, Made-to-Order and Preorder items will ship within the shipping window noted on their respective product pages.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: 2ND DAY/NEXT BUSINESS DAY

  • Orders placed before 10am EST/7am PST will be shipped out the same or next business day.

  • All express deliveries arrive Monday-Friday. No deliveries on Sundays and Holidays.

  • Orders to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses are not eligible for shipping.

FOR SECURE DELIVERY:

  • First time customer orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for security reasons. If you need your order shipped to an alternate address, please use PayPal, or contact us.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Box without the street address.

  • For delivery to major cities, we may use our discretion in requiring an adult signature to accept the package. If your order is over $500, please check the tracking number.

  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped in multiple packages.

  • If you have not received your order within 7 business days of the shipment date, please contact us right away. J. Press will not be responsible for claims made after 7 business days from the shipment date.

  • Merchandise shown on the website may not be available in all sizes or colors, as item availability can change throughout the day. If an ordered item is not available, you will be notified by email.

International Shipping & Rates

HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFF:

CUSTOMS & DELIVERY:

  • International rates are inclusive of all duties, tariffs and local taxes at checkout.

  • International orders will be shipped by FedEx or UPS aside from Japan, which will be delivered by Yamato.

  • Customs duty is non-refundable.

  • International orders will only be shipped to the billing address and billing person for security reasons.

  • International orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

  • No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
