OMEGA Speedmaster Professional Ref 145.012-67
The Omega Speedmaster was introduced in 1957, initially created for drivers in automotive racing. However, it would reach iconic status by eventually reaching spaceflight qualification by NASA amongst several of the highest grade chronographs of its era.
This outstanding OMEGA Speedmaster reference 145.012-67 is a classic vintage model and could be a perfect timepiece for just about any watch collector.
It is powered by the highly admired calibre 321, which was recently re-released to the excitement of many Speedy lovers.
The case has been polished. It is paired on a 1067 bracelet OMEGA bracelet dating to 1972.
The crown is a later replacement.
The dimensions are 42mm in diameter with a lug width of 20mm. To learn more about the Omega Speedmaster, you can watch ‘Reference Points: Understanding The Entire Lineage Of The Omega Speedmaster’ video by Eric Wind and Ben Clymer from 2015 (and corresponding article).
The watch does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well.
