Is it possible to order the trousers of a suit in a different size to the jacket?

J. Press suits are sold as a set and the size of trouser cannot be changed. (A suit trouser waist size is minus 6 inches from the jacket size. A suit trouser may be taken in or out up to 1.5 inches at the waist.)
