A solid fourteen carat gold automatic Omega Seamaster with date featuring an unusual linen textured dial. This very classic model from the iconic Seamaster line is very much the classic wrist watch, with a slight twist. An unfussy, clean case with small frame, fine straight lugs and clean dial make it a very easy watch to wear on a daily basis. It is practical thanks to its hard working Omega automatic movement, and date window located at the classic three o'clock position. Clean stick hands are filled in the center with luminous material, which is also found on the edge of each of the applied gold hour markers. All of which are present, in excellent condition and have aged to a handsome light latté color, sitting along the hashed minute track.

The twist to this watch is the linen texture found on the dial. This is something that was popular during this time with brands such as Rolex, and helps to add a little extra detail to the classic appearance of the watch. The dial is signed Omega with the applied gold logo along with the Seamaster logo, with iconic "coat hanger" style S all of which is original, and no re-finished. The original plexiglass is present, with the Omega logo set in the center. The winding crown is also original with the Omega logo applied to it. The case back features the Seamaster seahorse logo and is in excellent unpoished condition. Overall, a superb, crisp and handsome iconic watch from one of the world's leading watch makers.
